Full symposium fees include attendance of all the sessions,
(plenary lectures, oral and posters sessions), programme, abstract booklet,list
of participants, 8 coffees break and 4 lunches, cocktail reception, special
publications and a bag. Additionally the price of the Symposium dinner is 50 €
and the guided visit to the Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina (EN) is 50,00 €
or to the Park of Alcantara river is 60 €, including lunch in
agritourism with
typical food.
Fees for Accompanying Person including: welcome cocktail + 4
light lunch.
Accompanying Person will have the possibility to choose
organised day-trip ( information desk in Capo dei Greci Hotel).

CANCELLATIONSThe organizers of the Symposium must be notified of
cancellation.
If cancellation is received before August 31st, 2008, 80% of the fees will be
refunded.
No refunds can be made after August 31st, 2008.
Another participant may come in place of the original registrant, in that case.
